1. Candidate Profile
l Minimum 2–3 years of B2B / B2B2C partnership creation experience on the field, preferably within the medical, educational, Para-medical, or pharmacy sectors. Counselling & sales experience will be an added advantage.
A graduate / MBA (Marketing) with smart conversion and convincing skills would be most important for the job.
Confident with good verbal and written Communication skills to convince for institutional partnerships
l Ready to travel within city limits & able to take seminars independently at the Institutional campus.
Sales-oriented mindset with readiness to accept the challenges for revenue target achievement
1. Remuneration:
The right candidate can expect to earn a fixed salary (increment from the current salary guaranteed) + incentives up to Rs. 5 Lacs per year + Bonus + local travel expenses as per company policies.
2. Periodic Activities to carry out
Creating Partner Institution Channel:
l Meeting with various Skill Institutes to seek permission to conduct the Career Guidance Sessions
l Signing upthe MOU with Paramedical institutes
l Signing up MOU with NSDC partners and build digital classrooms
l Maintaining relationship with the partner institutions and NSDC partners
Sales IGSP skill programs to students:
l Mobility App download promotions within college at Canteen / Hostels / Notice Boards, etc., with targets
l Sales of IGSP to the students between April to July
l Mobility App download promotions within college at Canteen / Hostels / Notice Boards, etc,. with targets
l Follow up, Counseling, and closing the cases referred by the Central Team for counseling
Sales of Ausbildung Programs:
Follow up, Counseling, and closing the cases referred by the partner institutes for Counseling from August to March every year
