Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities — finding potential clients (residential, commercial, offices etc.) interested in automation / smart device solutions.
Generate leads via cold calling, field visits, referrals, networking, digital outreach.
Present & demonstrate Manar.ai products (smart switches, lights, sensors etc.), proposals, quotations tailored to client needs.
Explain product benefits, features, and automation use-cases; address client queries and concerns.
Collaborate with the technical / installation team to ensure accurate understanding of product specs and feasibility.
Close sales deals, negotiate terms, finalize contracts.
Maintain relationships with clients post-sale — ensure satisfaction, get referrals / repeat business.
Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets set by management.
Maintain CRM with updated pipeline information: leads, follow-ups, conversions.
Monitor competition, market trends in automation / smart tech to help shape sales strategy.
Assist in marketing initiatives like local demos, exhibitions, product awareness campaigns.
