Job Title: Business development Executive – Wound Care (Navi Mumbai)

Job Description:

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BDE/BDM  specializing in wound care and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) for our Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in wound care sales, a solid understanding of the NPWT segment, and will be instrumental in driving sales growth, fostering strong customer relationships, and representing our brand at various industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive sales in the designated territory to achieve revenue targets.

  • Engage in prospecting, customer relationship management, and closing deals.

  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong ties with existing customers.

• Event Participation:

  • Represent the company at conferences, dealer meets, and industry events.

  • Organize and participate in dealer meetings to promote product awareness and generate leads.

• Territory Management:

  • Manage and oversee all sales activities within the Mumbai region.

  • Coordinate with the Sales/Business Manager and other key stakeholders to strategize territory growth.

  • Conduct regular market visits, customer follow-ups, and post-sale service to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Reporting & Administration:

  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.

  • Provide periodic reports and feedback to the Sales/Business Manager regarding sales performance and market dynamics.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Background:

  • Required: BPharm or MPharm.

  • Preferred: MBA or equivalent advanced degree.

• Experience:

  • 2+years of proven experience in wound care sales, with a focus on NPWT being a significant advantage.

Working Conditions:

• Location: Mumbai Central, Harbor,Thane.

• Work Days: Monday to Saturday.

• Reporting To: Sales/Business Manager.
