Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to expand our customer base and drive revenue growth. The role involves on-field client visits, lead generation, product demonstrations, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and visit potential customers in assigned areas/markets.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, events, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Conduct product/service presentations and explain offerings clearly.
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Prepare daily/weekly visit reports and update CRM/sales trackers.
Collect market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of services/products.

Requirements:
12th pass out
Bachelor’s degree in any field
0–3 years of experience in field sales/business development.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently with high energy and self-motivation.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
Comfortable with local travel/fieldwork.
