Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll be on the front lines, representing TapGro to potential clients. Your role will focus on building relationships with salon owners, pitching our software solution, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and target potential salon owners and beauty businesses in your assigned territory.
Product Demonstrations: Deliver engaging and persuasive in-person or virtual presentations of our salon management app.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Execution: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing deals efficiently.
Market Feedback: Gather insights from clients about product requirements, market trends, and competitors to inform product development and strategy.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress in the CRM system. Provide regular updates to the sales manager.
Qualifications:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and convey technical product information in a simple and compelling way.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and presentations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
