Identify and onboard new clients, partners, and business channels.
Achieve loan disbursement and sales targets across products such as Home Loan, LAP, BL, PL, SME loans.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with Banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Guide, train, and motivate sales executives/interns to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Handle end-to-end client engagement – from lead generation to deal closure.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports, daily sales trackers, and pipeline updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and ethical standards.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both Hindi & English).
In-depth knowledge of loan products – HL, LAP, BL, PL, SME, MSME finance.
Strong client relationship management skills.
Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.
Ability to handle and mentor teams.
Proficiency in MS Office / CRM tools.
Graduate / MBA (Marketing/Finance preferred).
Minimum 6month of experience in BFSI / NBFC sector.
Proven track record of achieving loan disbursal/sales targets.
