Business Development Executive (Expansion)

### Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Business Development Executive to support abcoffee’s expansion across Mumbai. The role involves identifying and sourcing commercial real estate properties for new store expansion through extensive fieldwork, broker networking, and market scouting.
### Key Responsibilities
• Identify and source commercial properties across assigned markets
• Conduct regular field visits to high streets, malls, business hubs, residential catchments, colleges, hospitals, and transport hubs
• Build strong relationships with brokers, landlords, and channel partners
• Coordinate site visits and share viable property leads with the expansion team
• Collect market intelligence on rentals, competition, footfall, and upcoming developments
• Maintain property pipeline trackers and follow-ups for ongoing discussions
• Support documentation and coordination during deal closures and handovers
### Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, real estate sourcing, leasing, field sales, or expansion roles
• Strong knowledge of Mumbai markets with willingness to travel extensively
• Street-smart, energetic, and comfortable with on-ground execution
• Good networking, communication, and coordination skills
• Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
### Preferred Background
Experience in retail expansion, QSR, café chains, telecom expansion, retail leasing, or commercial real estate sourcing will be an added advantage. Existing broker/property network preferred.
