Job Title: Door-to-Door Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and persuasive Door-to-Door Sales Executive to generate leads and convert prospects by visiting residential or commercial areas. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, customer-focused, and capable of building strong relationships through face-to-face communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit assigned areas to promote and sell company products/services directly to potential customers.
Generate leads and convert them into appointments or sales.
Educate customers about the product features, pricing, and benefits.
Distribute marketing materials like brochures or flyers.
Record daily customer interactions and maintain lead data.
Follow up with interested prospects and assist in closing deals.
Report on daily activities, feedback, and progress to the sales manager.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
Prior experience in D2D sales, field sales, or direct marketing is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within assigned areas.
Basic knowledge of the product/service offered (training will be provided).
Language fluency in [Local Language] and basic English.
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or higher.

Compensation:
Fixed Salary: ₹20000-25000 per month
Travel Allowance: (if applicable)
Incentives: Performance-based (per lead/sale/appointment)
Bonus: Monthly or quarterly for meeting targets
Working Days & Hours:
Monday to Saturday
