Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, social media, cold calling, and client meetings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, institutions, and corporate partners.

• Pitch Bright Future Infotech’s services (Education Consulting, Career Counseling, Training & Placement) to prospective clients.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.

• Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to clients.

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.

• Maintain proper records of client interactions, deals, and follow-ups in CRM.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven experience (1–3 years) in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in education/consulting sector).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.

• Self-motivated with a strong business sense and networking ability.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online business platforms.
