Job Summary:
Solar Harbor Organization is seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to drive lead generation, build client relationships, and support overall business growth. The ideal candidate must be a strong communicator with good presentation skills and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through various channels (field visits, calls, digital outreach, referrals, etc.)

• Conduct client meetings and effectively present company products/services

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solar solutions

• Maintain and build long-term relationships with prospective clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/lead targets

• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentation materials

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Represent the company professionally in all interactions

Required Skills:

• Strong lead-generation capability

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good presentation and negotiation skills

• Basic understanding of sales processes

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Contract & Probation:

• Minimum contract value to be achieved: ₹2,00,000

• Probation period: 3 months

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Experience in sales/business development (solar industry preferred but not mandatory)
