● 2–4 years of experience in Business Development (Healthcare experience preferred)
● Proficiency in the local language is mandatory

Lead Generation & Partner Acquisition: Scout and empanel Doctor Chambers, RWAs, and Corporates for the Apollo Tez model
Target Ownership: Meet or exceed monthly onboarding and revenue targets for your assigned territory
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and regional staff for seamless partner activation
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Tez partners and Ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all stakeholders
Service Activation & Enablement: Set up DocVerse services and ensure partner teams are fully equipped and Guide partners through infrastructure setup and operational onboarding
Training & Development: Organize regular training sessions for partners and their staff on all digital tools and pharmacy processes
Issue Management: Adhere to the escalation matrix to resolve any stakeholder issues swiftly and effectively
