to spearhead our B2B initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving growth, forging

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion:

o Identify and target potential B2B clients, including hospitals and chains of

hospitals, to expand the company's presence in the healthcare sector.

• Relationship Management:

o Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital

administrators, procurement teams, and decision-makers.

• Strategic Planning:

o Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business

objectives.

• Contract Negotiations:

o Handle pricing discussions, agreements, and contract negotiations to secure

beneficial partnerships for the company.

• Market Research:

o Conduct market analysis to understand client needs, industry trends, and

competitor strategies.

• Cross-functional Coordination:

o Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure

seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Performance Reporting:

o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue

generation, and report to management on a regular basis.

Requirements:

• Experience:

o Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in

the healthcare industry.

o Prior experience dealing with hospitals, healthcare institutions, or B2B sales is

highly desirable.

• Skills:

o Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

o Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with diverse

stakeholders.

o Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Education:

o Post Graduation in Business Administration, Marketing / Healthcare Management.

• Other:

o Willingness to travel as required.
