Business Development Associate

Roles & Requirements: 

-This is a hard core field sales role.

-We will have classroom training, On call , Buddy Up & OJT program planned for them as a part of their training . Based on their performance during internship we will convert them to full time employees. If the student meets the target before the internship ends, we will offer them a full-time position immediately. 

-Once an employee gets converted to a full time role, they have to do 4 meetings on a daily basis.

-Employees should have their own vehicle as they have to travel on a daily basis.

-Should be flexible with stretched working hours ( as per the sales mandates).

-Working days will be Monday -Saturday.

-No leaves/ exam exceptions will be provided during the training period.

0-1 Year exp in sales

Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation (2025)

Location:  Delhi NCR, Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore , Hyderabad

Good communication & analytical skills 

Should be an immediate joiner
