:- TA/ DA Per Day- 200 Rs /-

Accidental Insurance :- 1 lakh

Medical Insurance :-1 lakh

BDE Daily Work : 1. Achieve daily targets for customer acquisition and wallet top-ups from new customers.

2. Door to Door Marketing Activity & daily Travel upto 15 Km within city.

3. Set up canopy/standee inside Reliance stores or gated societies to drive new customer onboarding.

4. Highlight Milkbasket’s advantages over other similar services/applications.

5. Track daily/weekly customer onboarding and strive to exceed targets.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with society management for smooth execution of activations.

7. Gather customer feedback and suggest new initiatives to improve services and offers. Communicate on-ground challenges. 

8. Have a good understanding of the city's topography. Experience: 1+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development.
