About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business developer to join our advertising and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth by pitching our agency’s creative and marketing services to potential clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities and regularly update CRM records.

• Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

• Work closely with senior management to achieve quarterly and annual business targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or a related field.

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in an advertising, media, or marketing agency).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong understanding of marketing trends, digital platforms, and brand strategy.

• Self-motivated, target-orientated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
