Role & responsibilities:
As a member of our branch management team, your responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding partners and individual customers.
- Understanding customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell our products.
- Coordinating with other sales channels to prevent conflicts.
- Identifying opportunities for product improvements and proposing new schemes.
- Working towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Generating customer leads.
- Assessing, clarifying, and validating partner needs and performance regularly to maintain a high partner satisfaction rate.
- Mentoring and training partners to maximize sales.
Preferred candidate profile:
- 1-2 years of sales experience in the Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance sectors.
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in chit-fund sales.
Perks and benefits:
- Fixed Salary for ABM Position : INR 3 Lakhs per annum to INR 4.5 Lakhs per annum
- Fixed Salary for BM position : INR 4 Lakhs per annum to INR 6 Lakhs per annum
- Monthly Incentive: Up to INR 50,000
