About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join our team at SBI. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing merchants, promoting SBI products/services, and ensuring excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants.

· Educate merchants about SBI products, services, and benefits.

· Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and objectives.

· Conduct field visits and generate leads through direct interactions.

· Ensure smooth onboarding and activation of merchants.

· Provide feedback and market insights to the team for improving strategies.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and achieve targets.

· Customer-centric approach with problem-solving mindset.

· Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation

· Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on interview performance & experience).
