Responsibilities
Agency and Sales Management:
Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, and manage the agency's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of agents to improve performance and customer service.
Business Development:
Expand and nurture relationships with channel partners, dealers, and clients to drive business growth.
Operational Oversight:
Ensure the smooth daily operation of the branch, including managing inventory, logistics, and administrative tasks.
Market Analysis:
Analyze local market trends, pricing, and competition to identify new opportunities and inform business strategy.
Compliance:
Ensure the branch operates in compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
Reporting:
Prepare performance reports for senior management and present insights on branch performance.
