Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with clients.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation for all real estate transactions.
Maintain strong knowledge of the real estate market, including current trends, pricing, and competition.
Coordinate with marketing, legal, and CRM teams to streamline processes and enhance client experience.
Handle escalations and provide solutions to clients' concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales, preferably in a leadership or senior sales role.
Strong understanding of local property laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a sales team.
Goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and real estate tools/portals.
Experience in residential and/or commercial real estate.
Strong network of property buyers, investors, and channel partners.
Knowledge of RERA compliance.
