Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Car Sales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dealership’s sales department, developing sales strategies, meeting revenue goals, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Develop effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives to increase dealership traffic and sales.

• Train, coach, and mentor sales staff on best practices and dealership protocols.

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management.

• Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Oversee inventory management and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them professionally.

• Collaborate with finance and service departments to streamline the sales process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Manager or in a similar automotive sales leadership role.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service abilities.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and dealership management software.

• Knowledge of automotive financing and warranties is a plus.

• Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• Experience with both new and used car sales.
