We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive – Spare Parts to manage and grow our automotive spare parts sales. The ideal candidate should have strong product knowledge, dealer handling experience, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.
Promote and sell automotive spare parts to dealers, retailers, and workshops.
Manage existing client accounts and build long-term relationships.
Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and logistics teams.
Ensure timely delivery and follow-up on payments.
Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare daily sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Attend product training sessions and stay updated on new launches.
Education: Graduate/Diploma in Automotive, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in spare parts sales (automobile industry preferred).
Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of automotive parts and components.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
IT Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office and inventory software.
Language: Local language fluency; working knowledge of English preferred.
Other: Two-wheeler with valid license (if field travel is required).
