ABDM – Job Role
Acquire new customers for life insurance products through direct sales efforts.
Generate leads via cold calling, field visits, references, and local networking.
Explain life insurance plans clearly and match them to customer needs.
Drive sales targets for protection, savings, and investment products.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for policy renewals.
Onboard and train new insurance advisors/agents (if applicable to the channel).
Support advisors in client meetings and help them close sales.
Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers to convert leads.
Coordinate with branch/operations teams for smooth policy issuance.
