📝 Job Summary:

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM) to join our team in Lucknow. The role involves recruiting insurance advisors, developing and managing them, and ensuring business targets are met through field sales and team performance.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

1. Agent Recruitment

• Build a strong pipeline of agents/advisors from various channels.

• Conduct recruitment drives, referral activities, and field visits.

• Follow standard hiring guidelines (9-pointer hiring norms, GOLD process).

2. Agent Development

• Train advisors using company-provided tools and modules.

• Conduct joint field calls (FODs), reviews, and mentoring sessions.

• Promote good prospecting, sales, and follow-up habits.

• Identify training needs and collaborate with internal trainers.

3. Business Development

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

• Ensure productivity, persistency, and product mix as per standards.

• Drive activation and goal-setting for the advisor team.

4. Customer Engagement

• Be the face of the company for the client and the advisor.

• Ensure resolution of customer queries and satisfaction.

• Hold customer meets and maintain long-term relations.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation (Any Stream) – Mandatory

• Minimum 1–3 years of Field Sales experience – Insurance preferred

• Prior experience in Agency/Direct sales channel preferred

• Must have earned incentives of ₹25,000+ in last financial year

• Must be based in Lucknow for at least the last 2 years

• Own two-wheeler and valid license – Mandatory

• Age up to 35 years
