Team Management:

• Lead and mentor team members in sourcing potential clients through social media, networking, referrals, and professional circles. Support them in converting leads into clients through direct interaction.

• Promote business growth via coordinated team initiatives.

• Guarantee clients are provided with personalized financial planning aligned with their unique objectives.
