Advisor/Agent Onboarding & Training:
Accountable for recruiting new advisors/agents, delivering structured training programs, and fostering a results-driven team environment to accelerate organizational expansion. Must comply with established operational protocols and quality benchmarks.
Field Engagement:
Identify and onboard part-time professionals to function as advisors/agents.
Facilitate client meetings and perform in-person assessments.
Team Management:
Lead and mentor team members in sourcing potential clients through social media, networking, referrals, and professional circles. Support them in converting leads into clients through direct interaction.
Promote business growth via coordinated team initiatives.
Guarantee clients are provided with personalized financial planning aligned with their unique objectives.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of experience in sales or a related industry.
