Vendor Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with third-party staffing vendors and partners.
Monitor vendor performance to ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
Negotiate terms and optimize vendor operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Staffing Sales & Client Engagement:
Drive sales of staffing and talent acquisition services to new and existing clients.
Present consultative hiring solutions tailored to client needs.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Consultative Hiring & Recruitment Strategy:
Partner with hiring managers to identify workforce needs, define job requirements, and establish recruiting plans.
Align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and ensure delivery of qualified candidates.
Talent Sourcing & Niche Hiring:
Source and engage niche and hard-to-find talent using innovative sourcing techniques.
Leverage job boards, social platforms, referrals, and networking to build talent pipelines.
Ensure alignment of sourced talent with client expectations and cultural fit.
Performance Metrics & Reporting:
Track staffing metrics, sales performance, and recruitment KPIs.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management to guide decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3–5 years of experience in sales, staffing, or recruitment, preferably in a consultative environment.
Strong understanding of vendor management and talent acquisition practices.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
