Radhe Steel is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to oversee and manage the entire dispatch process, coordinate with CNC job work vendors, and ensure timely order fulfillment. This role is critical for smooth execution of operations and timely delivery of all flange orders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Dispatch Management

• Plan, schedule, and execute dispatch of finished goods as per customer requirements.

• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely delivery.

• Maintain dispatch documentation including delivery challans, invoices, and e-way bills.

• Monitor packing, labeling, and loading processes to ensure product safety and compliance.

2. CNC Job Work Coordination

• Place flange machining orders to external CNC job workers as per production plan.

• Follow up regularly to ensure timely delivery of job work parts.

• Maintain records of CNC job work orders and incoming parts.

3. Scheduling & Workflow

• Develop a dispatch schedule in coordination with production and sales teams.

• Prioritize urgent orders and manage workloads based on dispatch timelines.

• Allocate resources (manpower, vehicles, etc.) for daily dispatches efficiently.

4. Communication & Reporting

• Communicate daily dispatch and CNC order status with the management.

• Provide weekly reports on pending dispatches, delays, and bottlenecks.

• Coordinate with warehouse/store and QA/QC teams for material readiness.

5. Inventory & Documentation

• Ensure stock of dispatched items is updated properly.

• Maintain dispatch logbook and CNC tracking register.

• Ensure timely documentation for government tenders or export-related dispatches (if applicable).
