Responsibilities
Help clients move: Assist people finding new homes to buy
Provide advice: Offer professional advice on real estate trends in specific areas
Market properties: Promote properties through open houses, advertisements, and networking
Negotiate: Lead negotiations with clients, buyers, sellers, and other agents
Close deals: Ensure all documentation and legal requirements are completed accurately
Research: Conduct market research to provide accurate property valuations
Build relationships: Build and maintain strong client networks
Collaborate: Work with other professionals, such as appraisers, inspectors, lenders, and title companies
Qualifications
Knowledge of real estate laws, zoning regulations, and market trends
Experience in B2C sales, preferably in real estate
Understanding of cultural and legal differences in the market
