Roles & Responsibility
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options (life, health, property, casualty, etc.).
Customize insurance programs to suit individual customer needs.
Present and explain insurance policy options and terms to clients.
Provide accurate and timely quotes to clients.
Process policy applications and follow up on policy renewals.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulations.
Qualifications:
(Bachelor’s degree is must
Proven experience in sales; insurance sales experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
