Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive (Field) to expand our B2B customer base and boost top-line revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, particularly in the manufacturing or industrial sector, and be passionate about building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities in the B2B industrial segment.
Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing clients, understand their needs, and present product solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
Track and report on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
Liaise with internal departments such as production, logistics, and accounts to ensure timely delivery and customer support.
Gather feedback from clients and share insights with management for product and service improvements.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and networking meets.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of field sales experience in B2B or industrial/manufacturing sector.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
Good knowledge of the local market and industrial client base.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
