Key Responsibilities

·         Drive sales growth in the assigned territory (Faridabad & nearby areas).

·         Promote pharmaceutical products to Pharmacies.

·         Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.

·         Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

·         Ensure product availability and visibility at key retail counters.

·         Regularly monitor competitor activity and market trends.

·         Maintain accurate records of daily field work and submit timely reports.

·         Ensure timely collections and manage distributor performance.

Candidate Profile

·         Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred).

·         1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical field sales.

·         Good knowledge of the Faridabad territory.

·         Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·         Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.

·         Basic knowledge of MS Office and daily reporting systems.
