We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Channel Sales Manager (CSM) to drive revenue growth through direct sales and by recruiting, training, and managing a network of Franchises. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, have strong communication and leadership skills, and be comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits and campus outreach activities for promote Medigurukulam’s e-learning products
Recruit and onboard Franchises to promote the product
Train Franchises on product features, sales techniques, and pitch strategies
Drive daily/weekly sales targets in the assigned territory.
Monitor Franchises activities and support them in converting leads to paying customers.
Identify potential institutions and opportunities for partnership.
Qualifications & Requirements:
2- 10 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or student outreach.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-driven, with a passion for fieldwork and achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage a team of DSAs.
