Job description:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned area.
Develop and maintain a strong dealer/distributor network.
Conduct field visits to meet farmers, promote products, and generate demand.
Educate customers and dealers on product benefits, dosage, and usage.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
Ensure timely collection of payments from customers and distributors.
Organize farmer meetings, demonstrations, and promotional campaigns.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
