We are hiring Area Sales Managers and Sales Managers to join our team at Savory Peanut Butter (Healthy Mills International Pvt. Ltd.) for the Assam region.
The role requires candidates who are skilled in distributor & retail management, building customer relationships, and maximizing sales opportunities. Candidates must identify prospects, expand retail coverage, and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Achieve primary & secondary sales targets in assigned territories.
Manage distributors, ensure stock availability, and expand retail coverage.
Build strong retailer relationships and improve product visibility.
Lead, guide, and motivate Territory Sales Officers/Executives.
Execute trade schemes, merchandising activities, and promotional plans.
Monitor competitor activities and provide timely market feedback.
Submit accurate sales reports and manage claims/settlements.
Job Requirements:
Minimum qualification: Graduate
Area Sales Manager: 5–10 years of Protein Supplements sales & distribution experience.
Sales Manager: 2–5 years of Protein Supplements sales experience.
Strong knowledge of Delhi & Haryana FMCG markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with sales techniques, distributor management & retail expansion.
Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
