Identify, recruit, and train potential agents/advisors to build a strong distribution network
Motivate and guide agents to generate business through field visits and client meetings
Develop and maintain relationships with customers for cross-selling and upselling insurance products
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities
Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and IRDA regulations
Monitor agent performance and support them in achieving their individual sales goals
Organize customer awareness programs, campaigns, and sales activities in the assigned area
Regularly report sales performance, activity updates, and market insights to the management
