Description

We are looking for dynamic and goal-oriented professionals to join our team at Star Health Insurance. The role involves building and leading a team of insurance agents to generate business, along with direct individual contributions.

As part of this role, you will:

• Recruit quality insurance agents who can promote and sell health insurance policies.

• Train and Develop the agents with product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance protocols.

• Motivate and Monitor the performance of agents, helping them meet their sales targets.

• Generate Business through both the agent network and your own client base.

• Drive Sales by guiding agents in prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining customer relationships.

• Ensure Consistent Growth by tracking agent performance and implementing corrective strategies when needed.

Incentive Structure:

• Performance-based incentives will be provided:

• On the business procured by agents recruited by you

• On the business sourced individually by you

• No upper limit on earnings — the more you and your team sell, the more you earn.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduation in any stream (mandatory)

• Prior experience in sales or insurance is preferred

• Excellent communication and people management skills

• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
