About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Bag Tailor to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in stitching various types of bags (school bags, travel bags, laptop bags, etc.) using industrial machines and ensuring top-quality finishing as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Stitch and assemble different types of bags as per design, pattern, or sample.

2. Operate industrial sewing machines such as flat lock, overlock, zig-zag, post-bed, and bar-tack machines.

3. Ensure accurate stitching, proper alignment, and neat finishing.

4.Handle repairs or rework of defective pieces when required.

5.Maintain production quality and meet daily stitching targets.

6.Coordinate with cutting and finishing departments for smooth workflow.

7.Maintain cleanliness of workstation and tools.

Required Skills & Qualities

Proven experience in bag stitching (school, laptop, or travel bags).

Skilled in handling multiple industrial sewing machines.

Knowledge of materials like polyester, rexine, and canvas.

Strong attention to detail and focus on product finishing.
