🧩 About the Role

We are looking for a sharp, organized, and proactive eCommerce Operations Intern with a background in Supply Chain Management or Operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the operational backbone of an eCommerce business — including inventory control, order fulfillment, pricing, and vendor coordination.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Inventory & Stock Management
  Monitor stock levels, coordinate with manufacturing/warehouse teams to ensure availability.

• Order Processing & Fulfillment
  Track incoming orders, ensure timely packaging and dispatch, manage delivery updates.

• Pricing & Discount Updates
  Assist in updating product pricing, applying discounts, and managing promotional changes.

• Vendor & Manufacturing Coordination
  Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to manage production and restocking.

• Payments & Reconciliation
  Track incoming payments, handle discrepancies, and assist with reconciliation.

• Sales & Data Reporting
  Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and operations performance using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Platform Support
  Support updates and maintenance of product listings on platforms like Amazon, Shopify, or WooCommerce.

🎓 Who Can Apply

• Students or recent graduates in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or similar fields (Bachelor’s or Diploma).

• Strong interest and basic understanding of eCommerce and operational processes.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.

• Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams.

⭐ Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, etc.

• Exposure to order tracking or inventory management systems.
