Overview  

The Candidate should be able manages the entire process from initial order to final shipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective production of apparel.  

The Candidate should act as a bridge between buyers, suppliers, and the manufacturing team, overseeing sample development, quality control, production scheduling, and inventory management.   

Key Responsibilities:  

• His / Her primary job is to supervise orders.  

• The Candidate should oversee everything, right from internal communication to costing and pricing.  

• The candidate should coordinate with suppliers as well as buyers. 

• He / She should perform stockouts, organizing the shelf, setting up displays, and setting up price and promotional signs. 

• He / She should analyze sales data to determine the effectiveness of different merchandising strategies 

• He or She should organize Products on Displays, work with inventory management team, etc.  

Candidate Skill set  

• The Candidate should be aware of types of fabrics used in garments, broadly categorized into natural, synthetic, and semi-synthetic fabrics 

• The Candidate should also be aware of the broader category fabrics like e cotton, silk, wool, linen, polyester, nylon, and rayon.  

• The Candidate should have experience in Fabric types which are also classified by their construction, such as woven, knit, and non-woven fabrics.  

• Experience of 2 – 5 Years in a similar capacity  

• Smart, Eye for Details and Persistent  

• Good Communication Skills  

• Good Interpersonal skills  

• Computer Savy
