Overview
The Candidate should be able manages the entire process from initial order to final shipment, ensuring timely and cost-effective production of apparel.
The Candidate should act as a bridge between buyers, suppliers, and the manufacturing team, overseeing sample development, quality control, production scheduling, and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
His / Her primary job is to supervise orders.
The Candidate should oversee everything, right from internal communication to costing and pricing.
The candidate should coordinate with suppliers as well as buyers.
He / She should perform stockouts, organizing the shelf, setting up displays, and setting up price and promotional signs.
He / She should analyze sales data to determine the effectiveness of different merchandising strategies
He or She should organize Products on Displays, work with inventory management team, etc.
Candidate Skill set
The Candidate should be aware of types of fabrics used in garments, broadly categorized into natural, synthetic, and semi-synthetic fabrics
The Candidate should also be aware of the broader category fabrics like e cotton, silk, wool, linen, polyester, nylon, and rayon.
The Candidate should have experience in Fabric types which are also classified by their construction, such as woven, knit, and non-woven fabrics.
Experience of 2 – 5 Years in a similar capacity
Smart, Eye for Details and Persistent
Good Communication Skills
Good Interpersonal skills
Computer Savy
