We work closely with international buyers across the USA, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East, while also maintaining a strong presence on Indian marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, JioMart, Flipkart, and Meesho. We are looking for a creative Fashion Designer who can blend innovation with market trends to design products that resonate globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Research upcoming fashion trends, colors, and materials to conceptualize fresh and innovative designs.

• Design collections for bags, garments, and accessories tailored for international and domestic markets.

• Create detailed sketches, CADs, and mood boards.

• Work with the sampling and embroidery teams to turn concepts into physical samples.

• Innovate with hand embroidery, beadwork, sequins, prints, and sustainable fabrics.

• Assist in buyer presentations, exhibitions, and product development discussions.

• Collaborate with merchandisers and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely execution.

• Maintain design archives and monitor the success of past collections.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or related field.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).

• Proficiency in design software: CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Photoshop (preferred).

• Strong understanding of embroidery, beadwork, and bag/garment construction.

• Creativity with commercial awareness of global and domestic fashion markets.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
