We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Fashion Designer (Fresher) to join our team. The role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about design and eager to learn the process of developing beaded bags, accessories, and garments for international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating new designs for bags, garments, and accessories under guidance of senior team members.

• Develop sketches, mood boards, and simple design concepts.

• Research fashion trends, colors, and fabrics suitable for domestic and export markets.

• Coordinate with artisans and workers to understand product development.

• Support in preparing product catalogues and design sheets.

• Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with buyer requirements.

• Learn and adapt quickly to the company’s workflow and market needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Fashion Design (or pursuing final year).

• Strong creativity and sense of style.

• Basic knowledge of fabrics, embellishments, and accessories.

• Good sketching and/or CAD (Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW) skills (basic level acceptable).

• Passionate about learning and building a career in fashion.

• Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Work Timing

• 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM (Monday – Saturday)

Salary

• Stipend/Entry-level salary (based on skills and performance).
