Garment Quality Checker & Tailor Coordinator – Lakshya Global

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team at Lakshya Global for quality checking garments and maintaining smooth coordination with tailors. This role is focused on ensuring that all garments meet our brand’s quality standards and that the tailoring team works efficiently. The person will only be required to visit once or twice a week, not on a daily basis. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8,000 – ₹12,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and quality check finished garments for stitching, fitting, finishing, and detailing.

• Coordinate with tailors and production staff regarding corrections, alterations, and improvements.

• Ensure that designs are executed as per the brand’s quality standards.

• Maintain basic records of checked pieces and feedback given to tailors.

• Report progress and issues to management.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate (minimum qualification).

• 0.5 – 4 years of experience in garment production/quality control/tailor management preferred.

• Strong understanding of fabrics, stitching, and finishing.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Availability to work 1–2 days a week (flexible schedule).
