Role Overview

We are looking for a Fashion Designer & Merchandiser with a strong eye for sportswear trends, excellent techpack development skills, and a pulse on fashion forecasting. You’ll be instrumental in bringing our activewear vision to life through trend-driven and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new garment designs aligned with brand identity and market trends

• Research seasonal trends, fabrics, and consumer behavior

• Create and manage techpacks and CADs for manufacturing

• Coordinate with production for sampling and final garment execution

• Attend fittings, suggest revisions, and finalize styles for launch

• Maintain visual design records: mood boards, design archives, and inspiration sheets

• Use design tools like Adobe Illustrator or similar for digital sketching

• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure product-market fit

Must-Have Skills

• Excellent knowledge of sportswear design and techpack development

• Trend forecasting and mood board creation

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (CAD is optional)

• Understanding of fabrics, stitching, embroidery techniques

• Strong communication and team coordination skills

• Attention to detail and a passion for fitness fashion
