Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, fashion-forward, and customer-focused Fashion Consultant to join our team. This role combines strong sales skills with fashion expertise to provide customers with a superior shopping experience. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, driving sales, and offering personalized styling advice to help clients look and feel their best.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Service:

• Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently.

Fashion Consulting:

• Offer expert fashion advice based on the latest trends, customer preferences, body types, and occasions.

• Assist clients in selecting outfits, accessories, and complete looks that suit their style.

• Stay updated with current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and brand promotions.

• Maintain store presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand standards.

• Support stock replenishment and inventory management.

Client Development:

• Maintain a client book and follow up with clients for future appointments, new arrivals, and special events.

• Assist in organizing fashion events, styling sessions, and promotions to attract and retain clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in fashion retail or sales (1–3 years preferred).

• Passion for fashion and strong knowledge of styling, trends, and designers.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Confident, energetic, and well-groomed appearance.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales goals.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
