We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team at Mudra Publicity to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. This creative position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12000 - ₹18000 and exciting field exposure.

1. Planning & Coordination

Coordinate with event organizers, clients, and the internal team for stall requirements.

Ensure stall designs, branding, and layouts match the client’s specifications.

Prepare checklists for stall materials, equipment, and manpower.

2. Stall Setup & Installation

Supervise the installation of the stall before the event (structure, lighting, displays, signage, etc.).

Inspect the setup to ensure safety, functionality, and visual appeal.

Manage on-site vendors and contractors (carpenters, electricians, decorators).

3. Team Management

Assign duties to stall staff (product demonstrators, promoters, helpers).

Train the team on product knowledge, visitor interaction, and safety protocols.

Monitor staff performance during the exhibition.

4. On-Site Operations

Ensure the stall is clean, well-stocked, and presentable throughout the event.

Handle visitor queries, product demonstrations, and lead collection.

Maintain proper crowd control and smooth visitor flow inside the stall.

5. Coordination with Clients & Management

Act as the main contact person between the client and the event team.

Update clients on daily performance, visitor feedback, and issues.

Resolve on-site problems quickly (technical, material shortages, etc.).

7. Closing & Reporting

Supervise dismantling after the event and safe packing of materials.

Prepare a report on stall performance, challenges faced, and improvements needed.

Share visitor data and leads with the sales/marketing team.
