Job Summary
As a Party Host, you will be the key point of contact for guests celebrating birthdays or special events. Your main role is to ensure a fun, safe, and memorable experience by managing party activities, engaging with children and parents, and delivering exceptional customer service throughout the event.
Key Responsibilities
Greet party guests upon arrival and lead them through the event schedule with energy and enthusiasm.
Organize and facilitate games, activities, and entertainment suited to the age group.
Coordinate with kitchen/staff to ensure timely food and beverage service.
Set up party rooms with decorations, party favors, and supplies prior to arrival.
Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the party area.
Handle any special requests, last-minute changes, or concerns promptly and professionally.
Communicate effectively with parents, ensuring they are satisfied and informed.
Assist in post-party cleanup and reset of the party space for the next event.
Promote future bookings and upsell party packages where applicable.
