Role Overview:

We’re looking for an Operations Executive to power our marathons and fitness events from planning to execution!

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and managing marathon and sports event operations

• Coordinate deployment of event materials and on-ground setup

• Manage route logistics, hydration points, and checkpoints

• Prepare event-related documents and presentations using MS PowerPoint & Excel

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless execution

• Support in post-event operations and reporting

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in event or marathon management (1–2 years)

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

• Clear and confident communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver tasks within assigned timelines

• High energy, problem-solving attitude, and a love for outdoor events
