We are looking for a Event Orgainser to join our team Roubill to plan and coordinate events from start to finish. The role involves vendor management, logistics, on-ground coordination and ensuring successful execution. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute a variety of events including open houses, property launches, broker meetings, investor roadshows, and corporate functions.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align event goals with business objectives.

• Research and secure venues, vendors, and promotional partners.

• Manage event budgets, timelines, logistics, and contracts.

• Coordinate on-site event setup, registration, staffing, and breakdown.

• Create and execute event promotion strategies across digital, print, and social media platforms.

• Track and analyze event ROI through attendee feedback, lead generation, and follow-ups.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including agents, clients, developers, and media.

• Ensure brand consistency and a high-quality guest experience at all events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• 3+ years of event planning experience, preferably in real estate, luxury, or corporate environments.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ready to travel allover India.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

• Familiarity with the real estate industry is highly preferred.
