• Drive event participant registrations (B2C / B2B)

• Build and manage a sales funnel through cold calls, WhatsApp, field visits, and online campaigns

• Generate sponsorship leads from corporates, educational institutions, and government bodies

• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for execution

• Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients/partners

• Maintain CRM and daily reporting of leads, calls, and conversions

📈 Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, education, sports, or marketing

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills

• Target-oriented with the ability to handle pressure and deadlines

• Fluent in Hindi and English
