We are looking for a Photo Booth Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the operations, setup, and management of our photo booth services at events. The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-friendly, technically inclined, and capable of managing staff, equipment, and client expectations seamlessly.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the photo booth, including setup, maintenance, and dismantling at events.
Coordinate with event planners, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
Train, schedule, and supervise photo booth attendants/assistants.
Monitor photo booth performance and troubleshoot any technical issues during events.
Ensure timely transportation and safe handling of photo booth equipment.
Maintain inventory of props, backdrops, and equipment.
Deliver excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring a fun experience.
Handle client feedback, resolve on-the-spot issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Manage photo booth software, templates, and printing requirements.
Prepare event reports and maintain proper records.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred, not mandatory).
Prior experience in event management, customer service, or photo booth operations is an advantage.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Technical knowledge of cameras, lighting, and photo booth software (training will be provided if required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel to different venues as required.
Valid driving license (preferred).
