Job Title: Cinema Manager

Department: Operations

Location: Gopalan Signature Mall

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall cinema operations including box office, concessions, projection, and customer service.

• Ensure smooth screening operations, timely show schedules, and equipment functioning.

• Supervise, train, and motivate cinema staff (cashiers, ushers, concession staff, projectionists, etc.).

• Handle customer feedback, queries, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Monitor ticket sales, food & beverage revenue, and overall financial performance.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across all cinema areas.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing regulations, and safety protocols.

• Plan and implement marketing/promotional activities in coordination with the corporate team.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales, occupancy, staff performance, and expenses.

• Manage inventory and ordering of concessions and other cinema supplies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related field.

• 3–6 years of experience in cinema / retail / hospitality / entertainment industry.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment (including weekends & holidays).

• Knowledge of cinema operations, ticketing systems, and F&B management preferred.
